1. Introduction<\/b><\/h3>

Welcome to The Opah, operated by Purple Vision S.L. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking and attending our retreats, you accept these terms and conditions in full.<\/span><\/p>

2. Booking and Payment<\/b><\/p>

  • Reservation:<\/b> To reserve your spot at one of our retreats, a deposit of 70% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat.<\/span><\/li>
  • Payment Methods:<\/b> We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified on our website.<\/span><\/li>
  • Late Payments:<\/b> If the final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b><\/h3>
    • Cancellation by Participant:<\/b>
      • Cancellations made more than <\/span>8 weeks before the retreat start date<\/b> will allow the deposit to be used towards a future retreat with Purple Vision S.L., subject to availability and within a <\/span>12-month period<\/b>. No cash refunds will be provided.<\/span><\/li>
      • Cancellations made less than 8 weeks before the retreat start date are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Cancellation by Purple Vision S.L.:<\/b> If Purple Vision S.L cancels a retreat for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        4. Health and Safety<\/b><\/h3>
        • Medical Conditions:<\/b> Participants must inform Purple Vision S.L of any existing medical conditions, including but not limited to mental health issues and medication that may affect their ability to participate in retreat activities. The following medications are not suitable for participation: antidepressants, antipsychotics, SSRIs, MAOIs, and other medications that interact adversely with plant medicine.<\/span><\/li>
        • Insurance:<\/b> Participants are advised to have travel insurance that covers medical expenses and trip cancellations. Purple Vision S.L is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the retreat. Participants assume full responsibility for any events occurring during the retreat and agree to hold Purple Vision S.L. harmless from any liability.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Code of Conduct<\/b><\/h3>
          • Behavior:<\/b> Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and the environment. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the retreat without refund.<\/span><\/li>
          • Substance Use:<\/b> The use of illegal drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited during the retreat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            6. Activities and Schedule<\/b><\/h3>
            • Daily Schedule:<\/b> Purple Vision S.L provides a detailed schedule of activities, which may include meditation, yoga, ceremonies, and workshops. Participants are encouraged to attend all activities but may opt-out of any they are not comfortable with.<\/span><\/li>
            • Changes to Schedule:<\/b> Purple Vision S.L reserves the right to alter the schedule as necessary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              7. Liability<\/b><\/h3>
              • Waiver of Liability:<\/b> Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in the retreat and assume all risks associated with the activities. Purple Vision S.L is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.<\/span><\/li>
              • Indemnification:<\/b> Participants agree to indemnify and hold Purple Vision S.L harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the retreat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                8. Legality<\/b><\/h3>
                • Legal Compliance:<\/b> Purple Vision S.L operates in compliance with Spanish laws regarding the use of ayahuasca. Participants must adhere to these laws and any additional regulations specified by Purple Vision S.L.<\/span><\/li>
                • Age Requirement:<\/b> Participants must be at least <\/span>18 years old<\/b> to attend the retreat.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. Privacy Policy<\/b><\/h3>
                  • Personal Information:<\/b> Purple Vision S.L collects personal information for the purpose of providing services. This information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Photography and Media:<\/b> Participants may be photographed or filmed during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify Purple Vision S.Lin advance.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    10. Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/h3>
                    • Governing Law:<\/b> These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Arbitration:<\/b> Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Spanish Arbitration Act.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                      11. Amendments<\/b><\/h3>

                      Purple Vision S.L reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to their retreat.<\/span><\/p>
